SHIPING
Shipping to these european countries is free: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal and Spain.
Shipping to UK is 15 € (due to current restrictions the service may be affected).
Shipping to the rest of countries has a flat rate of 20 €,
In case of a delay or problem with the shipment, we will contact you immediately by email. Import taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the customer. Please note that products are being sent from Spain.
RETURNS
In the case you need to make a return please write an email to hello@yellowskincare.com
You can cancel the order without any charge if the parcel has not left our warehouse. Normally it could last up to 24 hours after placing the order.
In case the products received are damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.
If after receiving your order, you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return the unused products to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. In this case we will refund the import of the purchase when the products are back in our facilities. The shipping cost of the return delivery is responsibility of the customer.
We cannot make a refund for products which have been opened, used, damaged by you after receipt or are not in a condition for resale.
