Sacran is a natural giant molecular polysaccharide extracted from the algae, Aphanothece sacrum, which lives in clear spring water form underflow water in the Aso region (Japan).

This is a natural, anti-pollution and anti-ageing active ingredient derived from yeast fermentation that fights off air pollutants’ effect on skin.

Air pollution is linked to various conditions, such as premature ageing, pigmentation spots, inflammation, irritation and increased sensitivity.

The key natural ingredients in this active and their benefits are:

Moringa Oleifera extract: reduces heavy metals in skin.
Lapsana Communis extract: antioxidant, free radicals scavenger. Protects cell membranes from lipoperoxidation.
Bacopa Monnieri: anti-inflamatory.

Raspberry Seed Oil, Oryzanol & Ginkgo Biloba. These ingredients reduce hyper-pigmentation, repair sun damage and brighten the skin.

Ginkgo Biloba have been shown to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase. the enzyme controlling the production of melanin. Gingko also helps to prevent capillary fragility and helps to boost collagen formation.It has strong anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties which helps to treat acne, eczema, or other types of facial redness and inflammation.

Oryzanol, a potent active extracted from rice bran, prevents the melanin formation by 2 mechanisms: inhibiting the tyrosinase activity and reducing the melanin synthesis in the melanosomes. Also, Oryzanol acts as a protective shield against UV, absorbing radiation, and strengths the skin natural barrier.
